An iPixXL is a digital photograph enlarged to a desired size and printed on a repositionable vinyl backing using our patented process.
How long will it take to receive my iPixXL?

Does iPixXL ship to Post Office Boxes?

What do I need to order my iPixXL?
You need a great image. iPixXLs are only as good as the original picture. You will also need a computer with high speed internet and a valid Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover card.
What is an iPixXL made of?
It is made of specially formatted vinyl that can be applied to any smooth surface, it is UV rated so it will not fade, and unlike a typical sticker this great product is not permanently adhered to your desired surface.
How big can my iPixXL be?
iPixXLs can range in size of 12x16 inches to 4x8 feet.
What are the requirements for a good iPixXL?
iPixXLs are only as good as the original photograph; therefore we highly recommend a minimum 6 mega pixel camera set to the highest setting. When the photo is taken you must then save it to a JPG format. It is imperative that you do not attempt to resize or crop your photo because it will lose clarity. When uploading your iPixXL be sure that it is a minimum of 2mb in size.
Once I receive my iPixXL what is the best procedure for mounting it?
Once you receive your iPixXL, inspect it for any damage, when that is complete unroll it and lay it flat for approximately 24 hours. When the iPixXL has been flat for at least 24 hrs you can prepare the surface for installation. This step is crucial because the specially formatted material that your iPixXL is printed on cannot adhere to a surface that contains dirt or dust. You have paid a good sum of money for your iPixXL so be VERY careful removing it from the wax paper backing that is arrives on. Once removed, be sure to keep the wax backing and CAREFULLY place your iPixXL, starting from the center, on your desired space. Gently press out from the center in each direction until all the air bubbles are gone and the iPixXL is completely adhered to the space. If reposition is necessary, carefully remove it and repeat the procedure. Key word here is CAREFULLY!
I am bored with my iPixXL and I want to take it down for awhile, how do I store it?
First of all, why would you take down such a great creation as an iPixXL? That being said, as long as you kept your original wax backing that your iPixXL came on then you can carefully remove it. When repositioning your iPixXL on the wax backing, gently adhere it as if it were new, working from the center out and removing the air bubbles. Now you are ready for storage until the day comes when you miss looking at your iPixXL or go ahead and order a new one.
I am not a professional photographer, any tips on creating a great iPixXL?
Most of us are not professional photographers so don’t feel bad. We suggest a vertical photo with your whole object in the frame. If possible use contrasting colors, i.e.; dark pictures, light background and vice a versa. If your iPixXL is other than sports photos, i.e.; a family pet or a landscape, we suggest an eye level photo.
My vehicle has an iPixXL on it, can I get a car wash?
As the owners of iPixXL we and our wives like clean vehicles! This was a concern of ours so we have been through numerous car washes where we found out that windows that are properly cleaned with no chemical waxes with properly applied iPixXL's will be admired by all.
OH NO! My iPixXL is falling down, what do I do?
Again we use that phrase, “be careful”. Gently separate your iPixXL from itself and clean the desired surface. The surface as stated earlier, must be clean and dry. Once you have cleaned the surface, reapply your iPixXL in the same manner as you originally did. It will stick to a smooth clean surface.
Is my iPixXL covered by any type of warranty?
We will warranty your iPixXL to be delivered undamaged and free of defects. We professionally inspect all of our products at our production plant prior to sending to you. If your iPixXL package arrives damaged refuse the shipment and notify us. We will get it back and immediately send out a replacement iPixXL. If your iPixXL is damaged inside the shipping container (which it should not be) notify us within 48 hours, send it back to us and we will replace it.
Is the iPixXL order page secure?
Yes, the site is secure and we only use your credit card for ordering purposes. Your credit card is securely processed and never stored in a data base that is accessible from the internet.
Once my iPixXL is ordered, how do I track it?
If your iPixXL does not arrive within 10 business days, contact us via email and we will track it for you. We will then notify you of your expected delivery date via email.
Does iPixXL offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, because we believe that if the original photo is of high quality you will be completely satisfied with our product. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final product we require that the iPixXL image never be removed from the original backing. If for whatever reason the iPixXL was removed then the warranty is null and void. Contact iPixXL within 48 hours via email and return the product, postage paid via UPS, DHL, or US mail.
